I'm not getting COD at all unless a no-steam crack is found. I'll keep IL2!!

I actually uninstalled IL2 more than a year ago, for me it was just time to move on.

IL246 will stay on my rig for a long time to come. Besides I have over 600 GB of space on my 2 hard drives.

Sorry you're gonna miss it. Normally, we'd like as many players as possible, but I'm guessing that someone from the MILLIONS of current steam users will probably take your place.

I remember dropping EAW just for the original IL-2 demo. If the impact of CoD is simillar, I doubt I will miss the variety of planes and maps from 1946.

Same deal played the demo and was like .... woooah,felt like i was cheating on EAW when i slid the disc back into the box From that moment on i was scraping for new pc parts.The amount of campaigns , single missions and online action i have had with IL2 has been awesome, their just so much you can do with it , especially in the FMB,but she really has run her course.I mean , c'mon,we have probably have more pc flying hours sitting in a chair than a lot of the pilots had in the real deal lol. It's been a long war.

I have sometimes the sensation that we wiill be simming like if we were inside a WW2 film.
Something hard to beat for an old game like IL2
