Might be for the boxed set. Haven't heard about the download version yet. I'm fine with dig-downloads, so I hope that date is unaffected for it. As long as I can burn my download like I could/can with WoP, I'm happy.

Rule of thumb is that they release simultaneously unless, like Black Shark or FC2, the plan was originally to release digitally first.

True but there may have been a problem releasing the box set at the same time. The choice would be to either delay the entire release (which may still happen) or do a digital first release.
This is all conjecture on my part. I honestly don't know.
