Nuggetx old bean, there was a lot more to my post than just those words. Would you care to comment on any other aspect of it?

Nuggetx's idea of relism comes directly from WOP and that pearl harbor movie travesty! If he had his way all the spit pilots would be modeled after ben afleck or what ever that goons name is, because that's what a real spit pilot looks like. How many times do you have to be told, be gone troll!

The problem with the World is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

Right. 20-30 planes and frame rate issues are so much better.

so why are you even commenting ? does it gives you pleasure to be rude when people post their opinions on what is wrong ? i'm not the first one and not the last one , if things will not get fixed people will be complaining because some don't like half-borked products for their hard earned money.

Your hard earned money? Lmao give me a break.. how about Olegs and 1C's hard work on this sim for about 6 years.
Btw you do realize that this is CGI right?, no game out there even looks remotely close to that, it includes BF3, Crysis
and whatever your might think of.

But then again.. you worked so hard to be able to afford this game.. day/night for nearly 6 years, oh wait.. thats Oleg.

Hehe, nuggetx nicks stills from the movie (posted in these forums a while ago) and pretends to have made them himself? - That's rich.... - But, hey, I guess it makes him almost an equal of Oleg, wherefore his words carry the same weight...

Reminds me of the "actual WWII Spitfire pilot" we had at the 1C forum a while ago... - He must have been quite old, but strangely sounded just liked a teenager in his postings.

So if someone post something you don't like, it's trolling?

No, sir, you are wrong. A troll is someone that goes to a Jewish forum and post Holocaust images and says all Jews should die again or some other insightful post. A troll is someone that goes to a PETA website and post images/video of a Seal being clubbed to death. A troll is someone that goes to a diet advice forums and post images of someone pigging out on KFC.

That's just a horrible person, FozzyBear. The difference with trolling is that you pretend to be in some way contributing, so as not to get outright banned straight away. It's sneaky, not 'in-your-face' nastiness. Thus the 'Art of Trolling', as it is sometimes referred to. Superb trolls get away with it for as long they want to (edited).

Here's some definitions of trolling as it relates to the intertubes:

'In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response[1] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion'. (source: Wikipedia)

'One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument'. (source: Urban Dictionary)

As regards his having meant 'screenshots'; seriously, look over his history. All he's done for several years is troll. He's been called out many times, the mods have pulled him up on it & everyone knows what to expect when he posts. He could easily have said where he got them from when asked, but instead he chose to claim he was making renders.

Edit: anyways, whether you agree or not, I don't come here to argue with anyone, but I do take exception to people with nasty streaks wherever I find them. If you think he was just trying to start a friendly discussion, fine.

More negative misinformation by Nuggetx. Comparing CGI movies to a sim, his bullcrap is endless.

I totally agree whith Chivas and other, stop making useless topics please...

You named the topic "How CoD should look like by today standards" but all you show is how CGI looks like by today standards, which is totally irrelevant and is as a consequence obvious trolling. Also, if you use someone's art, please provide your source, name it.

While you may or may not be a "troll" or "hater troll" , instead of name calling, I wish someone would post some actual photographs of tracer
fire especially at night and we could see that they DO INDEED often look like "lasers" . If i had a photo hosting account I would do it myself.
But I can tell you I have seen photos, movies and actual live fire of tracers , and I personally have fired 5.56 mm and 7.62 mm tracer rounds, and they sure resembled 'lasers' to me. Also look at some photos of ack ack in WW2, there are some that show hundreds of streaks of light from the tracers. I disagree with you on this one Nuggetz. One of my complaints about IL2FB was the tracers were just faint little beads I could hardly see. I am glad to see the way they look in those pics, they are much improved.

Never thought I'd say this, but this board is getting as bad as any GameFAQS board....

deadhorse

I refuse to buy a flight sim that I have no interest in playing, on the off chance that MAYBE someday they'll make the one I really want to play.
