I have a gt250 NVidea card and am trying to run F18 under XP and all of its compatibility choices. Card memory is 1 GB and system memory is 4 GB.

I actually got the game to run once or twice, but almost every time, I get a "sorry message" that an error occurred and the game couldn't run.

I have installed the TSH program and I get the TSH screen and then the bomb.

Can some one send me what settings they use for a NVidea card. I have to believe that my problems have something to do with the card settings. I have installed the 260 drivers for the card.

I have tried all screen resolutions in TSH and in the game and synced them all to no avail.

Could be your Display settings - Have your desktop display setting set to 1280 X 960 AS WELL as your in-game options screen settings -

I set my desktop, TSH manager and game all to 1024x768.

Huh, I'm not sure it is Nvidia related here for you - I've always run Nvidia / GeForce cards with Janes all the way back in 2000 - Up until today...when from running a GT800 (ran fine) to now having a newer 460X series 1028 MB card with latest drivers -

1. I installed Janes F-18.
2. Installed the Mod Manager program INTO my Janes F-18 Folder.
3. Downloaded TSH4.2.
4. Ran the Mod Manger from within my Janes folder ...which created a MOD folder.
5. Extracted TSH4.2 from my desktop into MOD folder
6. Extrated the TSH4.2 within the MOD folder.
7. Ran the Mod Manager program and activated TSH 4.2
8. Lowered my desktop to 1280 x 960
9. Launached Janes F-18 and set my Display within Options to 1280 X 960.

All seems to be well so far..

I essentially did all of that and ran it at a lower resolution than you do to keep everything the same. I just don't know what else to do except to give up at this point.
