Hy comunity!

This is my first time that I write in this forum, and I recently buy a copy of this game, and I see that are a lot of updates.
So my question are what updates and order I need to install.??
I have a Radeon 9600xt vid card.

Thanks for the help!

just do a little search using the search function with "install" as keyword, you'll save others and yourself a lot of time ;\)

read this and you should be running \:\)

Hey, watch who you call warm and friendly! We're a tough Hellfire-toting bunch, in case you didn't notice!

Yes, it is a complicated install, relatively speaking. Sometimes, the guys who know the code and updates inside and out and are familiar with each and every update seem to think that everybody else is, too.

I wrote my install procedure here for a previous .exe. I don't know if this is valid any more. We *need* a definative document...not pointers to 5 other posts. As an engineer (at least his profile indicates he is an engineer) gotcha should have a good understanding of the need for documentation (don't get me wrong gotcha...I appreciate the work you are doing for the EECH community)...but for some reason gets impatient when people ask for it.

I believe the new .exe includes some cool texture handling, and there are two new files of textures and add-ons to download and apply. See this post:

Thanks Sierra, I have experienced modelling for SFP1 (check SFP1 forum if you are interesting), and is relative easy...
But the updated and texturing for this game is more difficult and we are not all engineers. \:\(
This game is the best Helicopter sim, with 2 years old!! Simply amazing FlightSIM!!! \:D
Can wait for EECH2!!!!!

Cheers

Just kidding, of course.

This is always work in progress, as you see. However, as the releases above W11 were noticed by a relatively small number of people, most of whom had the game already, we were a little bit caught off guard with the sudden interest in W14.

Moreover, our friendly spirit of this forum, Moje, is quite busy. He usually was the one who explained every little detail to the newcomers.

We will work something out, I am sure! Just a little bit of patience on both sides...

I'm bored at work so here goes: \:D

- install EECH from the cd
- go to the razorworks site and install patch 141C
- go to one of the mod sites (like mine below) and download and install version 161w4. here

that's it! really!

the following is optional but it will improve your enjoyment of the game:

2 biggies:
- download and install the custom campaigns: superpatch2.exe(9 Mbyte) here
- download and install the original razorworks apache havoc campaigns (117 Mbyte) here

- improved textures, download and install texturesetp.exe and texturepack1.0.exe. You find them on my site below. Some of these textures are works of art! here and here

All installs go directly in your razorworks diretory, the install files find or create the right dirs.
EXCEPT for the superpatch2, who needs to be installed to the parent directory of your razorworks directory. Sorry about that, its being corrected.

If something goes wrong, or you don't how it works, please read the readme ;\)

and welcome \:D

have_quick has made some progress exporting 3d models out of eech. Next step will be importing but its a custom format and undocumented so pretty complex. It will take a while still. Beautiful plane BTW...

Hi there, not sure if this fits in here but I'm looking for a mirror to the EEAH Campaign/Map file(that 117 MB biggie). Unfortuantely it seems Werewolf had to throttle down the dl rate. So for me now it weights at sometime between 8 to 12 hours to get that file.

If anyone knows a mirror to it, please share that info.

S!
