I guess I'm spoiled about the vast amount of news and progress around Combat Helo that we had over the past months but now for the last weeks there wasn't almost any news regarding Combat Helo, so I guess that I'm asking here for updates regarding Combat Helo which is the combat flight sim project that I'm anticipating the most.

Flex's twitter and the CH helo blog is the best place for regular updates on the code development.

The art side of the project has been fairly static for the last month although there's been lots of tweaking and polishing of the pit textures. I've been meaning to start work on the M4 carbine for the pilot and the M240 for the chinook door/tail gunners.

December is generally a busy time so it's likely things will slow-down over Christmas before heating up again in the new year.

Cheers

Dave,

Did you read my PM? Need any pics for the M4?

Yes, I usually visit the CH helo blog but even there the updates have been scarce.

I undestand that December is generally a busy time for obvious reasons. Anyway, thanks for the reply AD.

I can't really blog what I've been up to this past week as it's not relevant to Combat-Helo. Sorry, busy with interviews and boning up on skill-sets I hadn't used in a few months.

Sorry yes I read your PM. Will get back to you soon. Pics of the M4 would be useful although images.google.com is chock-a-block with M4 pictures so it's not critical. I am quite curious to know if any modifications have been made to the M4's carried by air-crews however.

No worries. I enjoy Flex's updates as much as everyone else so I know exactly how it feels when he goes a full day without posting anything! wink

Cheers
