Looks like they don't have much of a budget to work with.

Cool!
Probably means we won't see it in the U.S. or it will be killed by adding yet another cop/Dr./lawyer drama with shows stolen..er.."ripped" from the headlines.
Maybe if they called it Law & Order: Chernobyl it will work.
We could really use some good fresh sci fi these days.

What little existed of that was just recently cancelled.

But don't you guys know? People want "reality" TV! Maybe they should get a crew of "sci-fi" type guys (like Ghost Hunters/Destination Truth), send them to Chernobyl and set them up in one of the abandoned buildings. Then put up hundreds of cameras everywhere so the editors can butcher it and cut/paste the same parts (but from different camera angles) to make something that's not very interesting seem REALLY important.
Then the "contestants" have to stay there a week or two with no food/water to "investigate" the truth about secret government experiments and mutations; so then they will have to eat the mutated animals and drink irradiated water. They get 'voted off' when they die from malnutrition or radiation poisoning...whichever comes first biggrin

THEN it would be a hit!

Actually Survivor: Chernobyl would be awesome, right up there with Survivor: Afghanistan.

I still find it amazing that you never see a female at all in any of the three Stalker games.
