Darn, when I plug my CH pedals in the rudder option in the game is greyed out and they don't work. If I unplug the CH pedals I can use my Thrustmaster T Flight HOTAS X and the rudder on the stick. What a bummer, it seems that there should be a work around for this. It probably has to do with Vista I bet.

Hi, My Sidewinder would not work on XP so I have used a Logitech Extreme 3D plugged into my USB hub for several years. There may be better ones out there these days but this one works well enough for me. Throtle, rudder twist grip, hat and 12 progammable buttons. Peter

Using a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro as stick and rudder, and the throttle of my X52 as throttle on one computer..... Just the X52 on another computer. AO

Well now looks so far no one has a set of CH pedals working ok and only MrJelly has two USB controllers operating EAW.
Will hold on and just see if any one has CH pedals working for EAW.
Joedrucker I don't think it is a Vista thing as I have the same happening with XP it seems more a EAW thing to me my CH pedals work on every sim I have flown and that's quiet a few, but I may be wrong.
Looks like not many have two controllers for EAW.
Thanks all for posting will hold on to see if any more postings.

As I stated, I have two USB controllers working. A Logitech 3D Extreme for stick and rudder, an X52 for throttle. Jel appears to be the only other one using the CH pedals. I would really do like Jel showed with screens on the first page of this thread, and make your 'stick' windows #1 controller. (While having the stick AND pedals plugged in.) Then have Jel PM or post his eaw.ini file for you. Copy his eaw.ini file, make it 'read-only', and paste it into your EAW root (main) folder. Start the game and see what your settings look like. Also, try to make sure you plug your USB's (stick and pedals) into the same ports on your computer every time. AO

Hi, i use a Logitech 3D Extreme for stick and throttle and can use selfmade USB rudderpedals. Important is the windows setting. The stick should be the 1st controller, the pedals the 2nd. It might be that windows place your pedals automatically to positon 3, in that case your EAW.ini entrys should look like this: Device Port1=1 Device Port2=3 Rudder Device=2 Throttle Device=1 Stick Device=1 It realy should work, unfortunatelly WinXP is not very clear about the controller position in the controller list. In Win98 you saw the list and could clearly see what position your controller is assigned to. Greetings, Knegel
