Getting to 30 wasn't so hard but it was a slog to reach 40.
There is no way I could get to 50, there will be no one playing by the time it would take. My goal was 40 so, good enough.

Considering there are currently 330 BF2 servers and 4370 BF2 players online ... yes, that's Battlefield 2 ... not BC2 ... I would have to say that BC2 has some staying power since BF2 was released in 2005!!!

We just need some MORE DANG MAPS!!!!

Congrats, December. I'm at level 27 (+/- a level) myself and it took me a long while to get there. I average ~500 - 1000 points a game, on good games I can manage 2000 (not counting bonus points for achievements). So it'll take a long time for me to reach level 40...

Thanks, that's about my average score too. I have mainly been playing engineers so no pints for dropping ammo or med kits. I rely on getting platinum with weapons to boost my score.

I play almost everyday and I am only at 34. I lost about a months time there when I was unable to play due to that patch that hosed me.

It is one of the better run-and-gun shooters out there. Wish there was more maps too.

I have noticed that the amount of players in the last two weeks has dropped tremendously in the North American market. I think that almost 80% of those new, low rank players are second account people. Their first account got punkbusted.
