Very moving....and difficult for me to watch.


Haven't seen my kids for a long while, and my eldest daughters pure devotion to me is hard to explain.

Tears there, yes, but how hard is it to explain all the other emotions and feelings at a time like this.....

This is a terrific video, but like you, I can't help but think about all those families out there who never got a chance to see their loved ones walk through the door. Drives home the true cost of war.

Thanks to all the Dads and Moms that are returning home from service.
I also pray for the families of those still waiting for them to return and those who are with loss.

If you ask me, I don't exactly know or see what I did over there. Marjah still sucks. The outlying district I cleared and worked in after I cleared Marjah still sucks. Maybe it's because I didn't see the big picture but whatever. Def glad to be back in America.
