I am missing a key step getting this up and running and could use a hand here.

I have downloaded the file from here:

I have placed the @sthud folder in the root of my OA folder and updated the launch shortcut. This seems to have worked, because now I get a message stating: "addon sthud requires addon Extended_EventHandlers".

What is this? Nowhere in the 12 pages of this addons thread is this mentioned. I don't want to bork my install by screwing this up- what am I missing here, specifically?

Thank fatty, it's working now. If you Google "Extended Event Handler" you get a much older version that seemed pre- Arma2, I'm glad I asked before installing.

Is this addon any good for a person who plays mostly SP?

I find it useful, and I like that it gets rid of the magic range finding. That is a crutch that I sometimes couldn't help myself from using. I'm now starting to learn to estimate distance in game.

It will stop working if you team switch, but you can bring it back by entering and exiting command view.
