The map in combat helo is located within the region of Herat. It's an area on the western border of Afghanistan. Our campaign will simulate an invasion of western Afghanistan by Iranian forces therefore much of our focus has been on creating the vehicles used by the Iranian army.
The Iranian military doctrine appears to dictate the use of fast and light attack vehicles in hit and run raids. They also field an array of Main Battle Tanks and their own indigenous Armoured Personnel Carriers and Infantry Fighting Vehicles.
