BTW, I know, that some guys from our community are from Birds of Prey game.
I am already trying to do something to get some discount for them (in talks with publisher of BoP).

Sorry for not being clear.

That doesn't fly with me either, but at least it's not as bad as withholding support. For me, I'll wait and see how things go. No rush anymore.

Common Raw Kryptonite, How long can you hold out ? You have been on this game for a long time. I know I was on the 1C Bop forums about 4 months before release and I have been looking at your Forum name for a long while now.

I personally bought it from Yuplay because I knew the Dev's would get more of the money. I think they deserve it for all they have been doing.
Its just like ROF,those Dev's truly love WWI airplanes, and I don't want to see anyone get the money but them. Now 777 studios wasn't selling ROF at the time or I would have gotten it there, because jason does alot to help out any time he can ,so I would have bought it there.

Let me know when you break down get WOP. It will be good to see you in the skys. Desode

I hear ya, but that's why I had no reservations about buying *2* copies of BOP, one for each 360--and I'm not trading one in either. The game is THAT good.
But I'm not in a rush, I can wait. I'm not "boycotting" or any of that BS, but I am going to wait and see a bit. Like I said, no rush. I've got 2 copies already, I just miss out on using my decent flightstick and higher res for a while.
I don't care about DRM so much (other than my Vista-Starforce issues on another sim) but 3 activations...yeah that's a tough one to choke down due to a current other issue of the same sort with Digital River (who doesn't seem to read my entire email it seems). The way I swap OS's and hard drives, I can go through that real quick. The time/trouble it takes to get more activations is, oddly enough, just over the length of time it takes me to get frustrated, ruin the fun and decide to forget the whole thing for another year. LOL
I have no doubt that I'll end up with the game, I just need to come to terms with a few things first and lower my expectations.

I hear what your saying, I have a ps3 copy,a 360 copy and a psp copy amd now Wop on Pc.

The 3 activation is only if you don't disactivate. I had a talk with Anton about it before I bought it. It was going to keep me from buying WOP too, but once he explained how easy it is to deactivate Wop so you don't use up a activation, then I went ahead with getting it.

It is way better then even the patched version of BOP on the ps3. Not just the graphics but the engine managment and the cockpit only view in MP for SIM mode. The damage model is better, the Fm is better, and all the german cockpits are really nice.
There is a lot to Wop that Bop never got. I'm thinking about getting a Track Ir 5 this month, so I can't wait to try that out on all my sims.

I really want to support BoP community as soon as possible.
I mean, it is easy with one guy (like you), but much harder when we talk about all of them.
This think will be addressed after holidays.

3 activations and 10 deactivations is huge limit. And even if it will be exhausted, we'll add you activations on demand. I am available most of the time, my email and cell phone is publicly available, and I am CEO of the company (the company is big, so things can take some time - but I am willing to help, if there is ANYTHING wrong with support).

Hi Anton, are you guys planning to fully implement force feedback in the future? I'll be getting a Logitech G940 soon. Currently using the MS SWFF2, and the force resistance/retrun to center force is just too strong, and there doesn't seem to be any way to tune it down. Luckily I also have a X-52 around to swtich to, but some force feedback is always nice.

That's strange.
You sure you are not running the demo?

1. Try to clear all settings and re-assign then.
3. Turn off UAC and try again
4. Check if you have rights to write into your Users folder
5. Go to official forum/support email.

I have downloaded it on Steam in 41 minutes (bandwidth between 2000 KB/s and 4000 KB/s), I live in the South of France, optical fiber 100 Mb/s.

Its not good right now as there are some very mad people.

I am sure they will fix the problems soon but hopefully they will get coordinated with Steam soon to be fast on patches.

Hello!

Not sure if this was answered already. But you can play online with your Steam-bought game. You get the license-key from steam (you have to activate that game this way). Then you can set up a yuplay-account (no cost) and activate the steam-key on the youplay-site (go to the WoP-article, there top right hovermous over buy and the lower-most item is activate. Use this button). This way, there will be a yuplay-user with an activated WoP-game, and when you try to log in it works.

Worked for me at least.

Hope this helps.

edit:
Sorry, I thought it was about the connection to the yuplay-master-server. Misread your post frown
But maybe this bit of info will help someone wondering why he cannot use multiplayer.
