I've noticed that there are some people new to flight sims in this forum, that's great to see. Just remember many would consider this sim a gateway to more hardercore sims, before you know it, you'll own a HOTAS and TrackIR. And some of you may infact become 'rivet counters' GASP!!

I'm new to this and have a HOTAS on the way. Until it's delivered I won't even touch the campaign...just doing training to benchmark graphics so I play with everything smooth as butter. I don't want to waste any of the game on my gamepad. This seems like a great intro to flight sims and I just love it. This community seems quite supportive and inviting of newbs. Good job on that one. I can't get over how well it runs, just beautiful. Rob

I can't get serious about WoP until it implements snapviews.

Debbie Downer!
Welcome to the site! BOP/WOP is a great sim, regardless. Only problem is that you may get spoiled and not be able to find another sim you like since they'll all look like they're all from another generation. LOL

Don't like TIR. This is a rarity indeed. As someone who cannot/will not play a sim without trackir, I find it amazing, though, of course, you are entitled to your opinion-
