Where do you put the files?

From what I understand, they are supposed to go in the user/name/saved games/Thirdwire/Strikefighters 2 folder...but then what? Do I just dump everything in there? There is no terrain folder in there, there is no decals, effects, sounds, etc. folders...all I have for SF2:WOV is controls, missions, objects, pilotdata, and screenshots...in objects, all I have is aircraft and ground objects...

What am I missing?
