Some pics from Set 7 to celebrate Veteran's Day.

Army Chinook landing on an LST

Navy jets lined up for launch on the Enterprise

Air Force Stormy High Speed FAC marking a target at Tchepone

Marine Crusaders aboard the Oriskany

And always first in and last out, the spooks.

Go see a parade. Happy Veterans Day.

Great looking pics. We had our parade here for Remembrance Sunday, same as in UK, on Sunday Nov. 8th. In other parts of Europe it is today November 11th Armistice Day.
There is a monument on the island of Mauritius to commemorate the two world wars. Government officials had a wreath laying ceremony with a guard of honour. Many Mauritian veterans served in the British army.
Happy Veterans Day to you guys, I am a Brit and ex-Royal Air Force retired on this beautiful island.

In Mauritius, we are once again taught how to live life: to take one's time, to socialize and mix up with different people, to taste unknown flavours, to admire nature and to appreciate the first light of dawn...

Amazing pics, as ever. Viva Yap2! I hope that everyone passed Veterans' Day happily and peacefully thanks to the sacrifice of soldiers fighting for freedom through the ages.
