Watching the morning CNN news recently the male end of the team was reading the teleprompter when it had the wrong info for a picture on screen. He comes out loud and clear with "what the f**k is going on".

After a short break he just kept on complaining that the script was wrong with not a mention of a "sorry for the slip folks".

The team that was notorious for wild and crazy newscasts was the New York City ABC crew of newsman Roger Grimsby and weatherman Tex Antoine in the 1970s. It was a disaster waiting to happen since they spent much of the time between the 6PM show and the 11PM show in a local bar near the studio, this per a bartender who worked there.
