Congrats Luke.
Dumb question, but what's the difference between an EMT and paramedic? Thanks! EMTs essentially work at what is known as the Basic Life Support Level (i.e., no invasive emergency procedures). Paramedics have a much larger scope of practice and thus work in what is known as Advanced Life Support (ALS). The big things paramedics are trained in that EMTs aren't are things like advanced pharmacology, reading and interpreting heart rhythms, being able to start IVs and intubate patients, etc. Stuff like that.

My wife is a medic and the emts and paramedics have either EMT or EMT-P on their shirts, the EMTs say the "P" stands for passenger!

Nose has never been broken, still have all my teeth, and I'm pretty **** sexy if you ask me!
Judgin' by the size of her feet, this is what you've got to look forward to. You managed to hoist that gorgeous beast eh Brennus! I'm impressed! I only wish the pup I'm holding was mine. That's my brother-in-law's dog. My Labrador died last year of cancer ... she was 11 Anyway, that pic is two years old now and she's hunting and killing ground hogs and rabbits left, right and center (including the neighbors pet rabbit unfortunately) ... the humvee isn't mine either Nice DD
Too often we focus on the negative or the misfortune of others and in turn neglect to follow through on our own responsibilities as individuals.

Well, the good lookin' dog isn't actually mine either, he belongs to my girl. This is the shepherd (mix) I've inherited...
Your dog looks like a Shepherd mix with a Rottweiler head! Looks like you've got some outstanding upper body strength to handle her though. I'm not gay ... just noting what I see I have to laugh because you look like you're all of about 20 years old but when you lead some ArmA2 assaults you sound like a 50 year old general. Do I have the right Brennus?

The large German Shepherd is obviously a full breed. The second Shepherd mix is actually a German Shepherd / Terrier mix, and as you can see, he can be kinda "effeminate". All of our dogs (we have 5 between the two of us) are male w/ the exception of a couple of females.
I don't mind the comments Dirt, you've got all the right to post whatever you want. It's funny though you say I only look 20, 'cuz I really do look almost exactly as I did 12 years ago (do the math). The only reason I may sound like an old grognard is probably due to the fact that tactical simulations (and flight simulations!) have been a hobby for me for as long as I can remember, and if you were to compare my virtual military career to the real thing, I'd be serving close to 20 years! Also, I've always gravitated toward the multi-player tactical shooters, which usually promote teamwork, so I guess it's just a matter of experience. Thanks for the comments though, I'll try not to let 'em go to my head!

Me and my dad hunting last weekend: Just another day on the mountain! I remember the cameraman taking my picture and trying not to get squeamish. I HATE needles!
