How do you throw grenades?

Switch weapon using f key(default) to frag than you point and click

F key to cycle to the gernades then aim up and throw with the left mouse button.

That is an interesting question indeed!

I do wish there was a separate grenade button so you can lay down suppressing fire, throw, and then cover. going thru the whole cycle process is a pita and takes waaaayyy too long.

Sometimes throwing a nade feels like an eternity. we don't have a third arm, we have to let go of the gun with the arm that throws the nade.
