Recently, I installed ModMan 7 which required that I uninstall all the mods then delete MM6.3 and re install. Everything went just fine except that now, when I select rear view (F4) I get a very funky result that you see below. The camera used to be behind the canopy looking over the tail. Now it is in front of the cockpit looking back, and the front six feet of the aircraft has been neatly sawed off so that the view shows the pilots legs and the frame of the aircraft as if someone had taken a chop saw and cut the front of the plane off. I have no idea why this has happened or how to remedy it. Any ideas?

Over the hills and far away.
Looks pretty cool actually when you don't mind the sawed off pieces!

Alright since no one has offered any suggestions, might I ask one more question? Where is the rear view? Is it in the Config/view file or another file? I have saved many of the original files in the game over the years and I can certainly cut and post in notepad to restore the original rear view if I knew where it was located. Can someone help me with that perhaps?

Well I solved my problem by re installing the game. This turned out to be a lot of work what with having to reinstall many of my mods. Fortunately, I had backed up many files (including the CONFIG GRAPHICS file and the input file) so it didn't take as long as I had feared it would.

Missed this thread, but give the LOCFG utility a try. It does a few things including letting you set the F4 view.
