$20??! Well, silly NOT to get it at that price. However, it certainly explains why there wasn't as much redone as some had hoped for.

Wow, that price is surprising. I'm not complaining. I hope that is a real incentive for people to buy it and at least try it. Hopefully if they get a lot of sales that will help convince them to go forward and offer additional features (read: flyable aircraft). They were going to get my money anyways just so I could see what it was like and to sort of support the community. This price simply guarantees what was already guaranteed I guess. \:\)

No multiplayer mentioned. Oh well.

My typos are legendary. I choose not to correct them as a form of unique signature.

I wouldn't worry about MP.
No sim can be sold without it.
The best feature of EECH is MP ! (especially over LAN)
I know few sims where you can have the map view on a seperate screen if you wish (also because of EECH1 MP).
I think that G2Games would never have chosen EECH as a basis for a successor product without it.
There is nothing I learned so far that indicates (too me anyway) that it's going to be a letdown.

Having 'multiplayer' on the box differs greatly from having 'multiplayer' as users see it - ie it works over a broadband connection smoothly. We don't have to look back to far to see a good example of this.

I'm sure there will be 'multiplayer' in the product in some manner that will at least qualify the words - but will it work? what was changed?

Having played a lot of EECH online I know there was a lot to be desired.

What WW2 Fighter pilots say about Angels and Airspeed:

"Nice job of getting down to the basics - love your choice of a cover!" Col. Clarence 'Bud' Anderson

"I have enjoyed reading angels and airspeed, it should prove good reading for all interested in combat tactics and their application related to the fluid air environment and state of technology in WWII years. All the best as you make it available." - Col. Charles McGee - Tuskegee Airman

NEVER ENGAGE STUPID.

Most probably so Bard, but over a LAN (apart from occasional crashes) EECH1 sure was/is a blast !
I hope they put in the feature Gunship! has: pilot/gunner co-op missions.
But OK, I'll stop guessing for now. I'm only nagging myself (let alone you guys).

I am really looking forward to this. My first PC simulation was Longbow 2. I have been flying jet sims mostly since, and would love to get back into an updated helo-sim with a dynamic campaign. They'll definitely get my $19. The screenies look awesome.
