1. Register with the ROF website/forums.
2. Go to your profile and enter your RoF code located on the back side of the manual.
3. Click the little box for copyright/authentication then click on Save.
4.. Start ROF.

For me I did register with the forums a while back, but when I went to start the game I kept getting only the register tab in the ROF launcher. So I uninstalled/then reinstalled ROF and everything worked.

Hello, I have tried at least a dozen times with no luck too. Site may be in overload.

I've completed the registration process and hit the SEND button to get an email response from them for the link to get to my profile so I can enter my key numbers. The problem is I'm getting NO email response at all.

I cant even acces the page...
I´ll try tonight, but I have a CD, that I waited too long for, if it doesn´t work tonigth is going back... I still have Il'2 Stiumovick and I can allways turn to the excellent DCS series....

I have errors about 3rdparty things.. Everything I need to install and register the game should be on the CD I bought at full price, with good money that works rigth out of the box, bank, card, or whatever means you may desire to spend it with...

This needed conectivity thing is really starting to bug me...

Not a good sign when you need to log on a holiday weekend. I can understand wanting to protect their rights, but if they do, they better well make it pain-free for customers.

Mickey7 and Snake. Sorry you're in the same boat with me, but at least for now, I know I'm not alone! I've also tried emailing neoqb support, but so far, I've not received any response. Maybe their server is overloaded or down. No matter how you look at it though, the whole process sucks!

I had to do the same online activation process with BlackShark, but that worked with no problem.

Same here reference BlackShark. Relatively painless, that I can live with. But being its already the weekend in eastern Europe, I hope that doesn't mean my DVD remains useless until next week.

I have tried and tried and no joy. This registration method is really poor. What if Russia has another revolution or something and flattens their server!

yucks

Guys,

I'm so sorry your having difficulties. I've written to neoqb asking for a status update and telling them to fix it ASAP. I'm sure they will. I don't know what the issue is, but it's 3am in the morning there and this is unfortunately the time of day I am out of touch with them. As soon as I hear anything back I will announce it here.

Again, I apologize for the troubles. You know I was more concerned with the making sure the authentication servers were working at full steam. I did not think this part of the process would be an issue. Good times! Hang in there guys.

Jason

Thanks Jason, but what the heck were they thinking?
There was quite a bit of turmoil on the net regarding thsi precis thing..
and still they drop the ball...

Geez...

And what the hell is the CD key I got on the manual for?

You guys didn´t charge me extra for the 2nd day shipping (Thanks Gogamer!)
But If I had payed for next day shipping and I would still have to wait for this characters bring their site back on line aggain, I would be really, I mean really pist off...

Jason, it's certainly not your fault. I must admit when I preordered from you guys I had big concerns about the whole online thing, from registering to playing as such. But, I also ordered BlackShark from you and that entire process went smooth as silk. Maybe their server is down or it's overloaded, I just hope its' not something more to do with each individual's internet provider and firewalls, etc. That would be a real conundrum for us all! I think the guys at Neoqb should have thought all this out a little more especially concerning gamers in North America. The proof in the pudding as they say will be how fast they act on this and provide a fix!

Well these are the first days of the N. American release, so they should be up all night over there in Russia at their servers fixing any issues pronto!

I had already registered on the ROF website, and so was able to install the retail version a few hours ago and fly, but these impressions by first-time buyers/fliers with registration issues can be very damaging for the launch, and work to reinforce already negative opinions about the online connection requirement......

SO NEOQB, GET IT FIXED NOW!!! mad
