the Operation Flashpoing Editing Center (www.ofpec.com) has some nice missions and mods to get you started . Also you can search thru the forums at www.bistudio.com for releases. Other than that, it's been so long since I've played OFP that I've forgotten most of the www sites I went to. That, and I think a lot of them switched mod making for ArmA when it came out.

They should have links to other OFP fan sites at OFPEC so you can look thru those (although a few are in foreign languages).

One of the better mods I played was CSLA (Czechoslovak Liberation Army). Had a few new weapons/vehicles and a nice campaign.

You might wanna download a total conversion mod like Ffur 85 2008
link
and play the orignal campaigns.

You will often have problems searching for add-ons for certain older missions/campaigns you come across at the old BI forums usually because the sites which hosted them have gone or moved, If you are searching for a specific mod you will almost certainly still get it here
http://operationflashpoint.filefront.com/

There's one recent campaign I played which I'd recommend and by one of the very few guys still making them

He's also put links to two add-on packs required so you are not searching for stuff and includes the Afghanistan map.

He's also done a WWII campaign
