Nice, vid, I enjoyed it. "It came without warning" did make me lol though, after some threads on the ED board recently I wanted to change it to "It came without radar warning".........

Glad you guys like the vid. Mogster I was hoping to make some people laugh with the beginning of it with that old school trailer flare but that will work too lol. Also is YouTube getting that bad enigma? If so there will be a lot of videos on there losing their audio. Pretty dam sad if you ask me its not like any one is making money off of it.

Also is YouTube getting that bad enigma? If so there will be a lot of videos on there losing their audio. Pretty dam sad if you ask me its not like any one is making money off of it. I know several people who have had the audio taken out of their videos RatBastid, but as you had mentioned, there is a ton of others still out there. I don't know what their criteria is or how they select whose audio gets taken out. My specific video had been on youtube for at least six months, don't know why they picked it or why it got the shaft. I was so angry I deleted all my videos, shut down my page and deleted my account. In the process, they ask "why are you closing down your account, we'd like to know." Below is the answer I gave them. Today, I got an email from you guys stating that some music I had in one of my computer gameplay videos was copyright infringement. You took the audio out of my video. I can understand your actions If I were making money illegally from someone elses work, that would be wrong on my part. But my videos, like many others here on youtube are just for fun and creative enjoyment. To say or imply I have infringed on someone elses rights because I liked their music enough to use it in a fun, creative video of mine, a non-commercial use video of mine is just plain wrong and in my opinion an abuse of the copyright infringement laws by yourselves and those who own the copyright to the music.
I would also have you know that about a quarter of the music I have bought on my itunes account was bought by myself because I saw and heard that music on other people's videos here on youtube. I have watched many interesting and well done videos by people here on youtube, thought the music was pretty cool and then went searching for it on itunes, found it and purchased it for my own personal use and enjoyment. I'm sure I am not alone in this.
In other words, people using music in their creative videos here on youtube have actually been a form of advertisement for your copyright holder's intellectual property and have helped in their (copyright holders) own making of money with that property. They are cutting their own throats when it comes to this abuse of the copyright infringement laws.
Obviously my own purchase of music will now take a dip since I will not be watching anymore videos on youtube.
Good day.
