So I logged into Dart's server on Tuesday night hoping to find someone there, but I found myself all alone. As the Tupase (my favorite) map was up, and I haven't flown in that map for a while, I decided to do some sightseeing in my P39.

As I was enjoying the sights, I heard the familiar sound of flak bursts, and then all of a sudden my plane went into a spin and spiraling down. I had strayed over the train station and the 88mm gun took my left wing off. Now this really ticked me off, and I made up my mind that the little bastages on the ground will pay, oh yes they will.

So I loaded up an IL2-3M and went AAA hunting.

A few minutes later, I was near the train station and spotted the AAA. Lucky for me, they opened fire and exposed their positions.

I lined up on the 1st AAA and let the rockets loose on them.

Direct Hit....

I lined up on the next one and let the second volley of rockets fly....Direct Hit again.

As I extended away, I spotted the pesky 88 that had taken down the P39. Revenge is so sweet!

Bombs Away....

Booooom!!!!!!!! That 88 won't be bothering anyone anymore.

Now that the AAA is finally dealt with, I can go after the train unhindered.

Bombs away!

Not a direct hit, but the damage is enough to keep the huns out of rations for a while.

WooHoo!

Gotta love the IL-2! Man, you are truly and eagle eye!

And it looks just dead sexy!

Great AAR! It must have been satisfying getting those results.

Plinking AAA is one of my (not so guilty) pleasures in the IL-2 series. Always happy to see someone else getting similar satisfaction as well. \:\)

Looking good Mohawk, might have to catch you online sometime. I remember getting into a great turning fight with you once, we ended our final head on pass inches from each other(and I had the pics to prove it lol)
