Greetings all,

I recently received a model of Spad S. VII by Newray toys and am wondering if there might be a good on-line resource that anyone can recommend that might tell me if the aircraft markings are historic (rooster in blue ring).

Here's a link to the model

Newray Spad S. Vii

Thanks in advance,

F9F Panther

Yes it is historic I can't find a reference now apart from

http://www.targetware.net/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=index&catid=&topic=3

Shown here are SPAD VII C.1 S 1213 of Jacques Raphaël Roques, Spa 48 and Albatros D.III (OAW) D.2380/17 of Heinrich Arntzen, Jasta 50 sometime in 1917.

Try googling some more and try Escadrille 48
