Ok, that does it! I'm going down there with a screwdriver and a machette. One way or another, something is going to get tweaked. Neal, if you need to borrow my machette especially designed for hosting companies, let me know. After what we went through with "The Great HVAC Debacle of 2007" and some of our other hosting adventures, I can feel your pain.
