Hehe Dave. I have this vision of your browser with 40 tab links open on the project, doing the occasional refresh.

Guess I was right. ;\)

A new company with capitol to spend: Never a bad thing for a game developer.

Still can't figure out what this new company is offering though in the broad sense.

At least it's something new to look at.

S!

We want to oppose against the infinite consideration of deficiencies in that existing and realized by others the proposal of new, beautiful, convenient and necessary.

And then we want to move on to fundamentally changing the existential and fortuitously somewhat paradoxical elements inherent in the work of others by making all their base belong to us

I could be missing it but what does NEOQB have to do with Knights of the Sky?

Carakanz, neoqb is the not-yet-officially-annouced new owner of the Knights of the Sky project.

They're the new business entity now controlling the sim's developers ( ;\) ):

New owner implies new investor perhaps Smosh, to pay salaries and so on. The developers surely must be needing to get some cash back for all the work they've put in so far for free. Bringing in new blood can galvanise an operation

I mean look what Kevin Keegan's doing for Newcastle

I'm scouring for WW1 ground-to-air operations

"We had our contact patrol technique perfected and we went right down to 3000ft to see what was happening. We had a klaxon horn on the undercarriage of the Morane - a great big 12 volt klaxon - and I had a button which I used to press out a letter to tell the infantry that we wanted to know where they were. When they heard us hawking at them from above, they had little red Bengal flares, they carried them in their pockets, they would put a match to their flares. All along the line, wherever there was a chap, there would be a flare and Bob's your uncle! [very dodgy while under fire to light a flare on a battlefield] ...we went down looking for flares and we only got two flares on the whole front."

Second Lieutenant Cecil Lewis, 3 Squadron, Royal Flying Corps

This is him I think http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cecil_Lewis

Disastrous day, 1st July 1916.

I really hope we can do some of these forward air observer operations in KotS and that this sort of stuff will not have to be imagined amid the drifting battlefield smoke we were promised*

We have no imagination KotS developers, please give us the lot

That's got to be right. If it's not announced, it's quite probably KOTS connected. They are the best at "not announcing nuttin" \:D
