Has anyone played this game? I just finished the demo and I found it to be quite interesting and unique. This must be the first sci-fi first person shooter in which you play as a Native American character!

Tried the demo, didn't like it.

I'm so tired of fighting hulky aliens. It's like nobody in the game industry has the capacity to think different anymore.

I think Turok let you play as a native American, didn't it? I played it on the N-64 console.

in prey they didnt explain the indian mythos very much though
and i thought quake 4 was much better
prey was ok though but not outstanding

After F.E.A.R.'s AI I was bored with the Prey demo. but I did think the variable gravity parts were cool.

Is Quake 4 really any good? It's only $20 now. Thought I might grab it when I go get F.E.A.R.: Extraction Point.

I imagine Quake 4 would be good if you want to replay Quake 2.

I finished Extraction Point recently and I thought it was pretty good. The combat was great as well as some of the new weapons and enemies you meet but the storyline itself I thought was considerably weaker and less compelling compared to the story in FEAR.

I played Q4 and I think it's definitely worth $20. I paid double that!
If you enjoyed Q2, you'll like Q4. The story is better than Q2's, but it's still incidental really. It's mostly about SF action and blowing up big mech spiders and things.
