Some of these are old, some are new. When I did my last bunch of JG3 skins I used Heinrich Graf von Einsidels machine as the main reference for the wing camopattern. It turned out though that his aircraft had the colors reversed on the wings so I got ALL other aircraft wrong! It's fixed now and I've also added some more, less known, JG3 skins. The ones from JG5 are all quite wellknown although I've made my own intepretation of Rudolf Müllers "Yellow-3" which more or less falls between other, older ideas.

I have newbie question. I finally got IL-2'46. Please point me to how you can select one of skins in the skins file for a given aircraft when only a handful of options show up on aircraft "loading" screen.

Go the the Briefing screen then the arming screen,there you have the options for plane skin.loadout,pilot skin and can set your gun convergence and bomb delay \:\)
