Attacked an enemy aerodrome yesterday. I counted 3 large hangars and 2 small hangars destroyed, but at the debrief, it said my mission was a failure, and gave me a negative score stating "the aerodrome was not damaged in the attack."

Since when does 5 flattened buildings = no damage???

Anybody else seen this?

Most lilely hit the wrong target - it's happened to me.

Sometimes I get failures if I attack too much. If the rest of the flight leaves and you're still there laying waste, you can get failures or even court martial threats!

Well, my auto-pilot was following the AI flight leader, so if we ended up at the wrong target I deny all responsibility!

And I didn't stick around either, the place was in shambles, and the rest of the group was in combat so I took off to help them.

Weird.

Sorry, I don't know how to explain that one. Thats whats good about CM11, you can just fly it again or skip it.

I just tag along on those missions, make a quick pass if undefended or engage CAP if defended. I also leave my flight after we re-cross the lines and sometimes am lucky enough to find an enemy balloon to use the extra incendiary on.
