Will you respawn on the spot and right away or will there be a starting point you have to go back to and/or a time penalty?

Do you refer to MP? If so, in MP there are some pre-defined spawn points throughout the MP maps. From there you find your way back to the action again...

Yes sorry I asked a question like this in Knights Over Europe , another Russian company game you may know about and specified Multi Player but forgot to do so here. In Panzer Commander you could respawn right where you got killed . Which isn't good for several reasons , one of which is one time I would keep spawning and this guy just sat there and blew me up like 22 times in a row before I could even blink . I thought when is this moron going to give it a rest . He said sorry but it was just so much fun . I thought like Ren said to Stimpy outside the wrestling ring "I've already had lottttttts of fun" .

Yes the original guy couldn't produce them fast enough for the suits so they fired him and let someone else do it . You can see the difference easily. Can't push creative people . I guess there is a lesson there for all of us impatient players ,that goes for these games as well as classics like Ren and Stimpy . DI "Drop and give me 20 " Ren "Well I usally don't lend money , but you got an honest face" . Here Sarge .
