Wailwulf and Csq_Swordfish have graciously hosted the 3DPatch VOL set for the RB3D community!

To view the readme click on "PL2PL.zip" (not 'download now') and scroll down to "Short description" then click on "more details about this file".
The VOLs contain the Kessler-created, PL2 terrain combinesd with the best of clouds, flame, smoke, sky, objects, etc., that have been developed by Kessler and other artists for RB3D over the years.
This terrain is the large 256x256 & 128x128 high detail tiles.
Flybert is working on a reduced version for MMP.

The "PL2PLRD" VOL set is currently available at Swordfish's same D/L page. This is the same as PL2/PL combo but with Blue Rivers (R)and Dromelites (D)included in the VOLs, no patches to use!
"PL2NRv4" is the final, updated New Rivers patch with re-worked winter rivers and ocean and all river-head tiles.
So now you have
1) PL2/PL combo
2) PL2NRv4 to use with combo if you don't want Dromelites
3) PL2 Dromelites to use with combo if you don't want blue rivers
4) PL2PLRD to use all the above

Sounds great Skiddmark. I think though I will wait for for the all-inclusive PL2PLRD patch.

Note: Interesting to see that the combined PL2PLRD file is actually 1 MG less than the PL2PL file.
