As the title says, I have CH Pro rudder pedals (gameport) and I use a USB adaptor which is a pretty good solution. However I have stripped them down probably 10 times now and cleaned up the pot. Its very worn. I tried to contact CH direct but thus far its been a bit of a struggle, they have all my details and promised me they would dispatch a pot etc etc etc.
Soooo any body know where I could source a suitable replacement in the UK , or frankly anywhere that would be willing to send it to me over here in little ole' England
regards all

i could order one for you and then send it along once i received it. CH Products has a parts store but ships by UPS which might be expensive for you? is this what you need? Potentiometer - HP106, 50K $9.75 Potentiometer for CH Pedals, Marked "900-630". http://www.chproducts.com/shop/parts.htmlshipping in the U.S. is $7.85 and then i could mail it to you which shouldn't add too much more to the total price. CH Products shows 3 U.K. distributors on this page but i don't know if they have spare parts? http://www.chproducts.com/retail/world.html

Hi Nick, Where did you purchase the Pedals? From RC Sims? If so, I can include some spare pots in their next shipment for you. If not, I'll include them with an order to our Distributor in Oxforshire (which is leaving sooner) and arrange for them to ship them to you. Email me at CH Products with your details, and we can work out the best solution for you. Thank you!

To re-enforce the great service CH seem to provide I feel obliged to post here again. Debbie e-mailed me earlier this week and asked for a couple of details. To cut a short story even shorter. Envelope dropped through the door this morning with 2 ! replacement pots in it courtesy of RCsimulations in Bristol (UK) as arranged by the lovely Debbie. ! Thanks all involved. Its very reassuring to know that a company like CH values its customers (bare in mind my pedals are quite old !) enough to go the extra mile for them !
