converting old trackIR2 profiles to trackIR4

I've just bought a trackIR4, and I'd like to keep the old profiles I 've made for my former trackIR2. Is is possible ?
Apparently, the new files have the .xml extension and the older ones had the .tir extension. Is there a way to convert them ?
