Gentlemen,

I recently came back to FC, and I have some (I confess: not the most important ) questions:

1.) I have the FPS water mod installed and everything, run it on Medium. I'm happy with the structure of the water, but not with its colour. From high above, especially the lakes and rivers, the water looks "too blue". IMHO, it should look much darker / blacker. Is there a solution, is there somewhere a file, where the colour of the water (NOT its surface or motion and detailness!) can be tuned / adjusted?

2.) what does "movie screen noise" in the graphic options of LoMan / ModMan mean, and what does it do to the graphics / gameplay?

1) Adjust it with Photoshop, GIMP, or Paint Shop Pro. The file should be in the Lock On/Bazar/Terrain/Surface CDDS files. Use something like Modman, CDDS Browser, or the LO Texture Tool to extract, edit, then put in the TempTextures directory.

2) It's meaning the graininess that some movies have, particularly older movies.
