I haven't bought it but noticed that this months PC Pilot mag has BoB SoW screenies on the cover cd. Are these anything new or the same ones we that we keep seeing?

Pat you could have been famous mate as the man or theoretically speaking highly attractive woman who brought us the first BoB screenshots...

In my book you would have been anyway.

Famous I mean not the other \:\)

No sign of it here yet drat and it's one of those awkward to place mags being shelved under either PC magazines or Aircraft magazines. Means you have to turn over the whole store \:\)

Very nice indeed.

No terrain shots that I can see though dagnabbit it's another teaser for modellers rather than simulation freaks. All we need now is a glimpse of the world that places the very interesting objects

Flying over London is going to need a rather powerful computer, on the graphics side anyway. The Houses of Parliament and Tower Bridge have just a few polygons in there \:\)

If everything is as detailed as in those shots I can't wait to see some piccies of the landscape.
(and my wife will flip when she sees the bill for the new PC! )

Nice long nosed Blenheim IV cockpit. I didn't realise they had forward firing mg's.

I wonder how the rear firing undernose mg's will be handled, or how they were sighted in rl?

Will we get animated cremembers this time round or do we have to continue flying the Marie Celeste?

I don't want my own arms in view, although just legs as in Lock On would be good. I mean the other crew members that are bizarrely lacking in most of the multi crew aircraft at the mo.

There is a single .303 in the outer wing.
It is unlikely that Oleg will model the two under nose guns (btw. I think there were something like three different types of turrets used).

What I would like to see is the IVF that was used by the SAAF and others in the Mediterranean:
It is like a normal mark four except that it has the belly pod with four more .303's and a 20mm hispano mounted to fire throught the glass above the bombadier's position.

Used for ground attack.

The models of houses and cottages have reassured me mightily. Anticipation is highly whetted... though I fear a major expenditure on graphics and memory is going to be required. Does anyone know whether this is going to need 64bit to perform best or at all ?

Doesnt anyone have any in game screens shots to leak out yet. I think I'll puke if I see another cockpit rendering.
