What with things now moving along in terms of pictures, ideas and questions, and whatever else. Is it possible that a BoB forum could be created to keep all BoB related stuff more central? It would make viewing easier, and would hopefully make a healthy interest grow even more.

Thanks in advance

The Sailor’s Grave

There are no roses on a sailor’s grave,
No lilacs on an ocean wave,
The only tribute is a seagull’s sweep,
And the teardrops that their sweetheart’s weep.

Agreed. I was against the split-up of the IL2/FB/PF forum but since BoB is not a mere expansion but a new game with a new engine a seperate forum would probably be reasonable. I'd hate to see BoB topics get lost in IL2/FB/PF discussions and vice versa.

Should it be called...

Storm of War
Storm of War: Battle of Britain
Battle of Britain

... or nothing?

Airplanes are now built to carry a pilot and a dog in the cockpit: the pilot's job is
to feed the dog, and the dog's job is to bite the pilot if he touches anything...

I go for Storm of War as there will be other addons after the Battle of Britain.

What Ivan Putski says. But it can be called the full name, and then shortened when the addons come, no? ;\)

Agreed. I think with a release date announced the time has come for a seperate forum.

Cheers!

It'll be like the disasterous PF forum , all the BOB stuff will get double posted in here as well

We should keep it to one Maddox forum till BOB's released.

I've surfed forums where this is prohibited, actually. I think a little self-control on the part of us members, plus the moderators taking appropriate action should prevent this possiblity from getting out of hand. The fact that we're talking about a totally seperate game should help matters; we know for a fact this is so, not like with PF where it was up in the air for so long.

SOW:BOB is a completely different game. People who want to ask questions about BOB will come here. At first there will be some double posting but that will stop over time.

Using your logic there never should have been a LOMAC forum since there was already a Flanker forum.
