I have been trying to access Lead Pursuit web site for the last 3 days, but no server response. Are some of you able to access it?

I just try using your link, but still no joy... All other site I try are fine. Ok, that should be again a DNS server thing somewhere.

Thanks,

I did some tests, and figured out that on my old rig running win2k, I can still access the site, but with my new rig on winXP I can't. Windows firewall is disabled, security level is medium (the least I can set), no other firewall running. Both computers are connected to the same router, and have same settings.

I suspect something related to data stored on a cache being used. I changed the IP of this PC from dynamic to fixed for gaming purpose. What is the command to clrea the DNS cache?

That's odd: try deleting cookies maybe? Otherwise, contact your ISP. Working here fine, at least.

Hi C3PO,

I installed WinXP on my new PC a few days ago, and I imported the bookmarks and the cookies. Since my other PC on win2k is working fine, this is not an issue with my ISP. I will call then anyway.

Go figure it out!!!

I just read a post at Frugals about new pits from Dr. Stop and he has a link to Allied Force news page. It worked, and the best now is that I can access Lead Pursuit Web page directly now...!!! Thanks Dr. Stop !!! That will live as another unresolved Windows mystery.
