Hi all, I'm new at the community but have already seen much tips and tricks how to run LB2 with WinXP...

My Problem with the game is, that when I fly a campaign the Game crashes randomly between mission ending and debrief, that really sucks because I would like to fly the campaign for more then 5 missions \:o (

Does anybody know how to fix that problem ?

I got LB2 to run with the following method:

Installed LB2
Patched LB2 with 109F and DDU
modified CA.ini
running with 3dfx with Glide emmulation with dgVoodoo1.40plus
Swap File for Windows XP disabled
Compatibility mode for Win95

Got a Microsoft Sidewinder with no USB

I tried to play with Software too, with Win98 Compatibility and so on, but always CTD at debrief

I tried to use NO Joystick but it crashed too.

Hope somebody can help me.

Thanks

"Compatibility mode for Win95"

I don't recommend that, use the WAC-LB2.zip method.

Also, what video card do you have?

hmm, I tried the Voodoo settings already, and the WAC-LB2.zip method does not work at all, as I need the compatibility Mode like without WAC-LB2.zip...

New Pilots created, same trouble, but I tried this weekend to fly the Campaign over Internet with a Friend and we flew 20 missions in row in about 8 hours of Playing and no Crashes in Campaign in Multiplayer Mode, so I think its only a Single Player Issue \:o ((

My Video Card is a Radeon 9550, but as I mentioned, the issue is only with single player campaign, that is really weird.
