Just in case you didn't know..and want a peek into how good Longbow 2 still is; I have a portion of my web-site dedicated to my Longbow 2 campaign I flew last year.

http://www.mudspike.com

Click on the Longbow 2 - Fallen Crescent icon to take you to the reports!

Glad to see there is potential for modding this incredible sim!

Hey Beach, any chance of you ever doing a similar campaign report for EF2000? \:\) Would that be going too far back?

Oo-yeah! Another vote for a still excellent sim..with a fine campaign, playable on-line, and rock solid MP.

Thanks, BeachAV8R. I found your site by way of the Flanker forum yesterday and sampled your LB2 offerings. Nice work!

Oh..EF2000...how many hours and hours did I play that sim! \:\) I loved the atmosphere of that sim..and I almost cried everytime I lost a friendly airbase..lol...

I'd like to do a "retro" series sometime..and I can't think of a better candidate. I'll put it on the "to do" list. \:\) Thanks for bringing back the memories. There was a recent thread on Frugal's about sim landing models and I agreed that landing a damaged bird in EF2000 v2.0 was probably one of the best achievements I could manage in a sim! \:D
