We (Shockwave) have been trying for weeks to get more information out to the public about Battle of Britain. Unfortunately this stuff all gets caught up in things outside our control - it's very frustrating.

You can run with all options full up on a PIV and a fast ATI or Nvidia card. It does support wide screen as well. The SimHQ review was done on a laptop with wide screen. It's really amazing a wide monitor.

I look forward to getting the gold master approved and sharing all the great stuff in BOB2.

I also have to say that this team has been unwavering in the pursuit of excellence. Not every challenge we have faced has been won, but every one has been taken on. The game has matured well, and I cannot wait for everyone to experience what we’ve been playing for weeks now.

Also, the moment we get approval to release screenshots, we will.

I normaly fly IL2 series but unfortunately it doesn't support Trackir fully, so it will be great to utilise it in BoBII!

Nothing is cancelled. Not sure where this came from. It is likely just an automatic process when a product is delayed past a certian point.

Geez. Why would GMX send me a preview copy of the game if it was cancelled.

It is not vaporware either. I had problems with the version GMX sent to me. Scott sent me an updated beta and it works a lot better. Look for the preview this week. Also plan on being very pleased with the way the new game looks.
