I thought I'd share a few for ya'll. I'm not thrilled with my performance when I shot these, there were several different things I'd have done if I could go back. Namely make sure I didn't have the ISO setting at 250..........arghhh! First time since I was 7 that I got to see a P-38 fly.

I've seen the T-Birds and the Angels fly several times. IMHO the Angels are Sierra Hotel, especially this show. They didn't miss a thing.

Nice shots - looks like a fun show! Love the WWII stuff. I've only seen a P-38 once, at the Planes of Fame show, but it didn't fly a lot. You got some very clean and colorful shots of it.

I'll bet the Heritage flight with the F-86 was easier on the F-16 pilot than the prop planes they fly with.

wow, the P-38 is a plane you don't see much at all.

Don't you hate it when you forget to check the settings prior

Nice pics. Like the two last ones the best! \:\)

In all my years I've never seen the like. It has to be more than a hundred sea miles and he brings us up on his tail. That's seamanship, Mr. Pullings. My God, that's seamanship!

hmmm, ISO 200 is pretty normal here ...
I do envy you guys your summer weather (but not your Winter at least in the North, I guess that Arizona is pretty balmy).

Nothing wrong with your composition though \:\)

Only time that I was lucky enough to see a P-38 fly was whilst visiting the 'States a few years ago.
