Hi, this is my first post in this particular forum and I just got back Oshkosh and I took a bunch of pics and thought I'd share some with ya'll. Just to let you know I was only using a Nikon Coolpix point and shoot digi in these shots. I used up two rolls of Tmax in my dad's Nikon-F, but they aren't devoloped yet.

First up is the Dornier 24ATT Amphibian, a 1945 floatplane with three P&W turboprops? I'll take it!

This is another picture of the same plane.

P-47D-40 Thunderbolt

BF-109E Cockpit in the EAA Museum.

Spaceship One and White Knight. The coolest plane I saw there. Seeing it up close and in the air is something I'll never forget.

And finally there was a heritage flight with Glacier Girl (P-38F), an F-4E, an F-16C, and a P-51D. That was cool, too bad my camera isn't exactly setup for action shots, this is the best I could do.

I like the lighting on the first shot. I must get to a US airshow one of these days.

Wow, that last picture would have been great. A Heritage flight that I've never seen before.

Nice break from the heritage flight there. It seems you enjoyed it too \:\)

You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline - it helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.
