Just thought I'd say:

I've been careful to make sure that all code uses cross platform API's so far.

we're a small team and patch unity might be a bit of a headache if we make other versions.

Don´t know about MAC´s but under Linux you can allways run an emulation of winfows 9X or whatever....

I appreciate that your team is smart enough to consider and implement this.

Seeing as I'm going back to Macs for post-production (work), OSX support would be great!

There are precious few Mac flight sims as it is.

It should make the Linux crowd happy too.

S!

acutually for fun, I have an amigaXL emulator that operates under QNX os. Sadly citing pedantic IP the emulator is now banned from sale..

..but at least I can still program for the amiga if I wish to. And I will be making a port of this game to the amiga too.

If I can do that then It'll definately port to all the other systems - should be practically a straight recompile minus the network aspect.

Hehe, you are about to make my father a very happy man \:\)

Does this mean I need to dig out my old A1200 with it's 030 Accellerator card out again?

Dano.

ha.

what you need is one with at some sort of 3d gfx card.

I have such an amiga in bits (in bits which is why i will port to an emulated one).

My one in bits has a crud little 25 mhz '040 and a 160mhz PPC603 chip. but happily a bvision gfx card.. that attaches to the accelerator board...

..its a bit dumb really. it was like some mutant. Anyway: theres half a chance it would work on such an usually enhanced system. though there is issue of lack of virtual memory.

sometimes I code a little sloppy. I have a joke only I seem to laugh at: Virtual Memory lets you pretend C++ has garbage collection.
