I recently started a thread hereabout EECH crashing back to the desktop during "Comms Init," and noted that I'd had no problem before going to DX9. I saw yesterday that Microsoft had released an updated DX9 that claimed to resolve problems with some multiplayer games. I downloaded it and Poof, my problems are gone. I **KNEW** it was DX related!

The DX9a link was up all friggin day today . . . while I was at work. As soon as I got home it was removed. Dang it!!! I couldn't just download it at work because this version hasn't been available as a redistributable file, but only as a set-up executable. Now it's not there at all. \:\(

The issue is not p*ssy. The issue is monkey.
