I have just got EECH, and every now and then this bloke starts yelling out "RAZORWORKS" "RAZORWORKS". He just keeps going on and on.
How do I shut him up. Whats go'n on??.

You have a flight in EECH with the callsign RAZORWORKS. Air trafic control is probably begining a message of some type. Under the options menu , maybe in sounds, you can adjust the volume of the different voice messages. You will find the AI ATC, Ground COntrol,etc.. can stop messages in mid sentence at times and repeat them over and over as well.

I couldn't find these sound options that you speak of, as I had a good look for someting like this. I'll have another look though.

The individiual Sound levels only appera once in the game, so you have to select options, sounds from the campaign map and not the main menu screen.

Also i think u might need to be using the X patches (1.45x) to have indivudal sound levels
