What happened to that beautiful freeware Seafire? I think it was at Alphasims. Incredible airplane for a freeware model. When I uninstalled FS2004, I should have saved that somewhere!

Aeroplane Heaven put out the great freeware Seafire. Not sure if it's still there or not... http://www.aeroplaneheaven.com/

They are still at Aeroplane Heaven. All you have to do is create an account I think. I have purchased aircraft there and that is why I have an account. If you can't get in I can get it for you and send it to you.....

Yeah Jib, thanks, it was there. All I had to do was sign in and I would have found it. I scare myself sometimes!

L&W, the airplane I'm talking about is freeware, one the best free airplanes you're gonna find. And the Merlin Engine sounds will send goosebumps up and down your back!

You don't need to purchase to set up an account at Aeroplane Heaven - just sign up. They have a fair bit of freeware, and as far as I can see from the ones I've downloaded (Spitfire, 109 etc) it's very good. I think some of the free versions don't include the VC.

Rats! Why doesn´t anything ever work right first time?

Between the two (with a slightly higher FPS hit here on later models).

Hi,
Saw this topic and remembered I had a smal vid of the freeware Seafire lying around.
Not the best but does show off the great engine sounds
