I Know this is not realistic, but I would like to relive Flanker 2.5 times

In LOMAC I am able to load and fire KH-25ML from mig-29

In FC2 I can load, but I canno fire. Actually despiete being in ground-mode (key7) and having KH-25ML displayed on hud, it is impossible to move the cursor to designate (I tried of course to press SHIFT-O which, in su-25, activates the laser
Is there a way to load AND fire precision weapon also in FC2?
