Get the bat file, extract it to a temp folder for example C:\TEMP, click windows start button once, type: CMD
then right click on Command Prompt that appears and choose "run as an administrator". Then at the prompt type C: <enter>
then type CD C:\Temp
then type GameUxFixed-Ubeogesh.bat
when done you can close the CMD prompt.
